What do I do if the lights stop working?

If your lamp's LED lights ever burn out, simply contact us and we'll replace them. Free of charge. No questions asked.

What happens if I lose the remote?

Just contact us, and we'll send you a replacement. Replacement remotes are $5 plus shipping costs.

Can it be hung on the wall?

Yes. We place two keyhole slots on the back of every lamp so you can hang them if you want. However, the lamp does not come with any hanging equipment and are not cordless.

Do you have to plug them in? Do you offer cordless, battery-operated versions?

Yes, our lamps plug in. And here's why we designed them that way.

Battery power simply can't deliver the same experience. You'd lose the dimmer function entirely, the brightness would fade as the battery drained, and your lamp would never be bright enough for story time. You'd also have to replace batteries constantly.

A power cord means consistent light, full dimming control, and a much more eco-friendly footprint.

What is the lamp made of?

The lamps are made of 100% natural FSC-certified pinewood. Your purchase helps support healthy forests and ecosystems worldwide.

We hand-paint using non-toxic, water-based paints.

Our lights are LED, Warm White, 2.2W.

Does the lamp get hot?

No. Our lamps are low voltage LED lights so they do not heat up at all.

Where does my night light ship from?

Although our night lights are all handmade in Krakow, Poland, we ship directly from New York City, NY.

Will I be charged customs fees?

We ship free of charge within the US. If you are ordering from Canada, you will be charged customs fees.

Can I get it in time for a birthday or baby shower?

If the lamp you are purchasing is currently in stock, you can choose expedited shipping, and we will do our absolute best to get it to you ASAP.
